The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dan Fahy at 9:00 am. 19 residents were in attendance. First and second motions were approved for January minutes by Annette Kuhn &Mary Brye.

EXPENSE REPORT: YTD expenses $388.95.

BOOK CLUB: Sheila Bozeman announced that Tuesday, March 27 at 2:00 pm book of the month is "The Time in Between" by Maria Duenas.

DESERT DIVAS: CC will host the ladies luncheon at Cheddars in Tucson on Wednesday, March 21, at 12:00 pm. Please sign-up early.

MOVIE NIGHT: March 24 - Saturday, 6:30 pm in library, (Only the Brave) with Josh Brolin & Jeff Bridges.A true story about the firefighting team in Arizona. Popcorn & candy will be provided.

OPERA: Tom & Lila Duff announced Tuesday, March 20, at 1:00 pm this month's Metropolitan opera is "Carmen".

SUNSHINE CLUB:Ann Jenkins sent out a Sympathy Card: Sandy Pritchard for the passing of her husband Bob.

TRIP FOR A DAY:Thursday, March 22 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm is Museum of Art, lunch at Café a La C'Art & Philabaum Glass Gallery & glass blowing studio. See sign-up sheet. We will be car sharing, so let us know if you are driving or need a ride.

Every - Monday through the end of March, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, Line Dancing Class.
February 24 - Saturday, 6:30 pm. Bingo night. This will be the last Bingo night & will resume again in late fall.
February 27 - Tuesday, at 6:30 pm. Arlene Fleming will host this month's Birthday & Anniversary cake & ice cream party.
March 1 - Thursday, From 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.Flower Arrangement Class. Must have 12 people to sign-up or class will be cancelled.
March 3 - Saturday, 9:00 am Cheryl Dubbeld will host the monthly breakfast. She will bring in the Omelet Man to cook custom order omelets. This is a pre-paid item of $7 to be paid to Cheryl. She will be in the clubhouse on February 24 to receive payments from resident. Juice & croissants will be provided by the social committee. If not enough people have signed up, then the breakfast will be cancelled.
March 8 & 9 - Thursday & Friday is Community Garage Sale - From 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. Residents can open garage doors on Wednesday at 5:00 pm for pre-viewing by residents. They might surprise you and purchase something. A $1.00 donation towards newspaper ad will be collect before starting of the sale. Please sign up & put your telephone number on list, so we contact you. If you have any questions contact CC at 520-425-2162.
March 9 - Friday, 5:30 pm, Meet-N-Greet.Please bring a dinner appetizer to share. This will be the last gathering until late fall.
March 10 - Saturday, 6:30 pm. Trivia Night with Russ.Please bring an appetizer to share & there will be an intermission break for eating & drinking between games. Come & have some fun!
March 12 & 26 - Monday, 8:00 am is Just Coffee morning gathering.
March 17 - Saturday, 4:00 pm, St. Patrick's Day Potluck Party. CC will host and prepare corn beef & cabbage for the sandwiches. Please bring a side dish to share. Sign-up early.
March 23 - Friday, 1:00 pm, John Dubbeld & Tom Poore are putting together another golf day at Torres Blancas course. There will be a fish fry dinner included. Look for sign-up sheet on the board.
March 27 - Tuesday, at 6:30 pm. Jim & Geri Smith, Mike & Pat Cummings& the McNeeces will host the monthly Birthday & Anniversary cake & ice cream party.

April 1 - Sunday, 4:00 pm, Easter Potluck Dinner.John & Cheryl Dubbeld will host this holiday dinner. Social committee will provide the ham. Bring side dishes & desserts to share. Please sign-up early.
April 5 - Thursday, From 10:00 am - 2:00 pm will be the Gourd Class.The cost is $35&class is full.
April 7 - Saturday, 10:00 am.Mary Brown will host April's Farewell Continental Breakfast. Social committee will provide all food & beverages. Please sign-up early.

April 21 will be the last movie night and will resume in late fall.
A vote was taken on setting threshold limits on events to decide if it would be cancelled. Large events (major holidays) must have 30 or more people signed up & smaller events must have 15. If not enough, then event would be cancelled five days before the actual date.
The broken ping pong table in the men's restroom will be determined by Linn Averill & Dan Fahy if it can be fixed, sold or donated.
